Zach Headon is a songwriter and film composer from Cardiff, South Wales. Zach has varied experience in film composition, taking influence from composers such as Joe Hisaishi, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Hildur Guðnadóttir to score horror, action spy thriller, detective mystery, coming of age and roadtrip films.

ZACH HEADON’S SONGWRITING
Since 2021 Zach has released three EPs and three singles inspired by the works of Nick Drake, Leonard Cohen, Sybille Baier, Keiichi Okabe and Ryuichi Sakamoto. Through melodic acoustic guitar, gritty vocals and instrumental experimentation, their work looks at human nature and emotions through slow music and soft feelings while exploring what it means to exist as a human being.
